You won't find fixed menus on our website because we look at every new request with a different, unique approach.
We take time to discuss in depth what you are looking for, we discuss menus, styles of eating... and we follow seasons: all of our food is made using fresh and local ingredients. We are lucky enough to be around the corner from the best local food markets in Florence, il Mercato di Sant'Ambrogio.
